Our b&b Il Ruscello di Giava was born from the recovery and restoration of a farmhouse of the first years of '900. The house is very close to a little stream surrounded by green and quiet woods.We have preserved the original structure and most of the original material like briks and sturdy wood beams matching today the present bright colors and contemporary interior design.The house is on two levels with five rooms, all different one from another, plus a large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Flower beds and borders evergreen surrounding the house that opens on a large garden where there are swimming pool and solarium.We are located in the countryside, just 4 kms from the suggestive medieval center of Lucca and a few kilometers from the art cities of Pisa and Firenze. The beautiful beaches of Versilia, the well-known locations of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are not so far.
