Be inspired by the Tuscan tradition! I was born in Lucca and grew up in a very small village in the countryside, surrounded by farms, olive groves, aromatic plants and vineyards. This very much influenced my love for food and cooking. I have been cooking since childhood with my grandmother and my passion for traditional cuisine has only intensified over the years, with particular memories of my childhood growing up in the countryside and producing our own wine and olive oil.
