Along the sea front in Viareggio, a few steps from the beach and the pinewoods our residences can offer you the opportunity to stay in comfortable surroundings throughout the year. Il Patriarca is located in a modern building and all the apartments have a large balcony with a sea view. In our residences are available apartments of different size which can accommodate from two to six guests. The apartments have a supply of linen, towels and tablecloth. In the kitchenette you'll find cookers, fridge and everything is needed to cook and serve a meal. In high season the tiding up of the apartment is provided from Monday to Saturday. Thank to our agreements with some beach resorts you'll get a lower price if you want to rent beach umbrella, deck chairs and beach hut.
