The Restaurant Botton d’oro is part of Albergo Villa Marta, just 5 km from the historical centre of Lucca. Also open to the public since 2009, in a cosy, intimate and sophisticated ambience, the cooking is tied to tradition and, reinterpreted by the imagination of our chef and refurbished to current taste. In fact, ours, is basically a cuisine with the best dishes of Lucca tradition, enriched and refreshed by new interpretations of vegetables and cheeses and various proposals for fresh fish. The love for the tradition, the quality of raw materials, seasonality and authenticity of the products, has always been the cornerstones of our kitchen. The basic ingredients of typical Tuscan products are: extra virgin olive oil, spices, fresh seasonal vegetables, including King Tomato, eggs, flour and cheese. From May to September you can dine outdoor on the large terrasse overlooking the garden of the Villa. Thanks to the beautiful surroundings of the hotel’s park it is possible to organize lunches and dinners for special occasions such as baptisms, communions, confirmations, anniversaries, birthdays... with creative and customised menus looking for the traditional flavours of Tuscany, or small meetings and business dinners, with the exclusive use of the restaurant hall. Menu for celiac: Botton d’oro join to the project "alimentazione fuori casa" (dine out) of the 'AIC (Italian Celiac Association).
