The farmhouse has been renovated recently, leaving the external villa unchanged whilst recovering the interiors, which once housed the wine cellars, the farm machinery room and stables for livestock.The farmhouse is just 5 km from San Gimignano (Siena). It stands on a hill (450 metres above sea level) and is surrounded by 10 hectares of cultivated land, including an area of vineyard used to make wine.
