The San Gimignano oil mill is located in the green hills of Tuscany and at the foot of an ancient city of rare charm. The opportunity to walk in the production sites will be enriched by the presence of virtual reality stations, tables and multitouch lecterns, and other cutting-edge technological installations aimed at proposing an engaging playful and educational journey, in English and Italian, into the world of oil and olive. The children will love it. In the mill you can also have a tasting of the extra virgin olive oil produced by the mill and accompanied by the typical regional bread, by a slice of pecorino cheese aged under olive leaves and by the liqueur “Olivello”, obtained from an infusion of olive leaves. The oil mill shop is a hymn to the richness of evo oil, in fact, the shelves of the store offer oil labels of the mill of which a free tasting may be requested, traditional sauces, gourmet solutions, liqueurs and products for the well-being of body and face.
