The dining room, converted from the old stable has maintained a typical furniture made from stone, wood and objects of civilization, creating a peaceful and welcoming. The cuisine is authentic homemade, is based on the typical regional products, many of which are grown and harvested on our own land. Among the many specialties you can taste the homemade bread, Pasta with Fried Nostrani Meats, Salami Deep Fried, Potato Cake, Tortelli of herbs and mushrooms, wild boar, the Ganassini Pork Parmigiana, Porcini Mushrooms borgotaro, ricotta pudding, the Pannacream and many other delicacies. Guests can use the catering service on Saturday Evening and Sunday at noon by reservation.
