First class residence close to the town centre, just 50 meters walk from the beach and next to the thermae. Composed of 101 apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and wide balcony, some of them with sea view. The residence is built on 8 floors and has 2 elevators (available for disables), a reserved beach (1 beach-umbrella and 2 sun bed provide per apartment) with beach hut. Each apartment has a covered parking place 50 meters from the building in a fenced park place.Residence Serenissima, besides a large garden with trees, has 2 swimming-pools, one of which for children, a Jacuzzi, a solarium terrace with sun beds and a snack-bar service. All the apartments are elegantly furnished with air conditioning, TV-Sat, direct dial telephone, safe box, hair dryer, micro wave, electric broom, washing machine and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels, tablecloth and napkins are furnished. Moreover the residence offers a cleaning service of the apartment twice a week including the change of the linen (sheets, bath towel and tablecloth).Residence Serenissima is covered by a Wi-Fi line that allows connection to the web in the open spaces of the building. On the ground floor there´s a playroom realized for the kids.
