Through 'Enoteca Mimi, his goal -one that he has fully reached - was to offer an alternative to both traditional catering and the increasingly widespread trend of aperitifs. Here is, then, this cozy little place, which offers a very refined selection of cold cuts and cheeses, fresh raw seafood, a wide choice of toasts and bruschettas and, of course, a top-notch range of white and red wines as well as champagne, which you can purchase to take back home.
