Located in Forio, La Casereccia is a family-run establishment that caters for all kinds of visitors including families with children. This is a restaurant that's very popular with locals, offering genuine home cooked food and using locally sourced ingredients where possible. Most of the vegetables come from the restaurant's own garden where they also produce red and white wine. The menu at La Casereccia varies according to what is in season at the time, but specialities are fish, pasta and pizzas made in their wood oven while ff you fancy something a bit different, try the pasta with lemon which is delicious. There are two main dining areas, one is a large indoor dining room with dozens of tables and a television in one corner while a glass conservatory area is nice and warm during the winter months. However during the summer the best place to eat is outside on the terrace.
