Located on the slopes of the hills of Montalbano, surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, the Agriturismo Il Ghianda has 6 independent apartments with shared swimming pool and large gardens. The restaurant serves traditional Tuscan dishes and pizza. The store has Tuscan products, local and own production as our oil extracted directly from our olive trees, our spirits and our biscuits. The view opens on the hills of Montalbano and on the whole Valdinievole. 17 km away is Pistoia with its beautiful Piazza Duomo dominated by an ancient bell tower. On the same square are the Duomo, the Palazzo del Comune, the Baptistery, behind which there is a small and characteristic district of the market. At 40 km there is Lucca with its imposing city walls, beautiful churches and squares, including the famous Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Lucca is also home to two major annual events, the Lucca-Summer Festival with concerts of internationally renowned singers and Lucca Comics.
