Cafeteria Artisan pastry of our production in Bakery style, where Italy meets America, (starbucks style) with strictly American recipes (cheesecake, pancakes, muffins, brownie, donuts, etc. ..) prepared with Tuscan ingredients at km0, without forgetting the classics of Tuscan pastry. Here in our room you can cut out a moment of relaxation while enjoying a slice of cake accompanied by excellent infusions of the Vie del Te rather than a cup of American coffee, even take away, with bacon and scrambled eggs. At lunch we also offer a savory brunch (stuffed beagle, sandwich, Caesar salad, salmon burger etc ..) In the historic center, a few steps from the Cathedral of Pistoia, near the "Sala".
