The Virtuoso gourmet restaurant was born within the Tenuta Le Tre Virtù, in the heart of the Mugello Natural Park, in Tuscany. The Florentine Executive Chef Antonello Sardi, 5 years of Michelin Star on the Florentine Lungarno, takes care of the entire gastronomic offer of the resort, as well as the creative mind of the Virtuoso gourmet restaurant. The revolutionary gourmet dishes are inspired by the Tuscan tradition and made, where possible, with products and ingredients grown and bred in the estate: 7 hectares of organic certified land, with cultivation of ancient fruits, olive trees, lavender and vegetable garden, and a small farm that guarantee a gastronomic offer with high attention to the quality and seasonality of the raw materials. All the foods and beverage included in our proposal are only strictly Tuscan excellences. The Virtuoso gourmet restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 7.30pm to 10pm, by reservation only.
