Villa Lucia is a 500-year old farmhouse situated on a 15-acre family-run olive grove in Tuscany. The main house consist of 7 rooms with 6 full baths along with three detached apartments providing lodging for 10 guests. The gated property has a pool, bocce court, two outside kitchens, two wood-burning ovens and provides modern comforts for virtual work and living. It is walking distance to the medieval hill-top village of Montevettolini. Five minutes from the villa is the famous 18 hole Montecatini Golf and Country Club as well as the reknown Grotta Giusti Spa Resort. Cooks, chefs, drivers and car rentals can be arranged if requested in advance. Monthly Rentals: In 2022, Villa Lucia will be available for weekly rentals, for 10.000 euros, or monthly rentals for 35.000 euros.
