Tenute D'Onghia is a wonderful example of how tradition and innovation can coexist, a place linked to its rural culture but fully committed in a continuous research for an organic and certified production. The Farm covers an area of about 50 hectares, with fruit trees full of scents and colors for more than eight months a year. Staying with us, you take a break from the frenzy of everyday life and have the opportunity to be in close contact with nature, trees, fragrant flowers and colorful fruits. A holiday for body and soul, surrounded by nature in all its beauty. Children will enjoy a unique experience thanks to the activities of an interactive, hands-on educational farm tour featuring our farm animals. Along the wood runs a one kilometer trail delimited by a fence and eleven fitness stations, a real paradise for those who want to practice sport in the open air. All the stations are illustrated in detail to guide our guests in different levels of exercise, from beginners to experts. At the entrance of the wood there is a playground for children and picnic tables. The accommodation is composed by 3 double rooms and and 3 apartments that are provided with a kitchen. The rooms overlook a courtyard with two olive trees, and each room takes the name of a crop growning in the farm. The structure has a safe outdoor private parking area. A large reception with an extensive display of fine local products which can be purchased, a modern kitchen and a spacious breakfast room with a fireplace complete the farmhouse. The ancient family chapel built in the eighteenth century, most likely in 1788, the year engraved on the facade, is a unique example of its kind because it was built within the court itself and not outside as many in that time were. The entire chapel was restored in 2014, and its pictorial icons have returned to their original splendor. The accommodations are equipped with a private bathroom, shower, TV LED 32 ", air conditioning, Internet WI-FI, safe deposit box, mini bar, courtesy kit with bio soap, shampoo, shower gel and cream. The apartments also have a kitchen with a refrigerator and tableware. The accomodations are designed to let you be surrounded by nature without giving up all the comforts you are used to.
