Beautifully converted 1860s farmhouse with balinese-style pool and magnificent vistas hugging the Sicilian coastline, Mangiabove is a young eco-oriented Guest House (Boutique Hotel). Located in Marina di Ragusa, the far south-east end of Sicily, Mangiabove is set in an amid idyllic landscape, dotted with tropical plants surrounding a palm-fringed infinity pool that appears to be perched on a terrace overlooking the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean sea. Managed by a young owner, Iggy, whom after years abroad came back to the splendid island of Sicily. Mangiabove is ran by a young and creative team, emblematic of Sicily’s new wave - cosmopolitan and internationally oriented, and yet proud and passionate about local traditions, food and no-fuss hospitality. Having eight bedrooms in a restored farmhouse and a chemotherapeutic pool, it’s being immersed in the surrounding landscape of pasture fields and typical dry walls, sloping down towards the sea that sets Mangiabove.
