The residence has a swimming pool, solarium, private car park, communal area, garden, gym, wi-fi and much more. It is made up of 10 apartments and one detached villa, each with furnished veranda and sea view. There are different types of apartment. The Sun apartment sleeps 2 to 4 people and consists of one double bedroom, bathroom, living room/kitchen with double sofa bed and veranda. The Beach apartment sleeps 2 to 6 people and consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom, living room/kitchen with double sofa bed and veranda. The Sea apartments are ideal for families with children as they can sleep 2 to 5/6 people and consist of one double bedroom, one bedroom with large bunk beds, bathroom, living room/kitchen with king-size or queen-size sofa bed and veranda. The villa, meanwhile, has its own entrance and is surrounded by a private garden. It sleeps 2 to 8 people in two double bedrooms, one bedroom with large bunk beds, bathroom, living room/kitchen with double sofa bed and veranda.
