We select first choice local ingredients: here between our lagoon, the pine forest and fresh sea fish. We are delighted with the precious time we share with you and we do our best to make it an unforgettable experience! We offer regional but sophisticated cuisine with the ambition of recreating a contemporary tradition of our sea, the lagoon, combined with the flavors of the pine forest. The freshest fish comes mainly from the Adriatic Sea directly from the our coastal markets, from Ancona to Goro. The local pine forest and the lagoons allow a high quality ingredients short supply chain, together with local game and our herb garden managed directly by our Chef Irvin Zannoni. The combination of these organic ingredients comes to life in our menu and in the “freehand tasting itineraries” that we invite you to explore.
