I PASSATELLI , 1962 THE MARIANI TRATTORIA The name of our trattoria in the centre of Ravenna, “Passatelli 1962”, conveys the importance we attach to the regionality of our products; from the preparation of homemade, hand-rolled pasta and traditional Romagnolo piadina or flatbread, to our boards of cold cuts and fresh cheese. First courses are served at the table from their sauté pans.
