The Osteria di Ianus is a small trattoria located in the historic center of Antrodoco, in Via Amiterno, 70, in the cellars of Palazzo Mannetti in the same places where our jams are born. Our intent is to convey positive sensations and that is why we have created a small and welcoming space that exudes the warmth of a lived-in home. Our cuisine is attentive to seasonality, the quality of raw materials and territoriality. Bread and pasta are homemade or selected from those produced by artisans who work with our same methods, that is to say with attention to quality and authenticity. All the dishes are made mainly at the time for which a few minutes of waiting is justified. The menu will undergo weekly variations according to the availability of the product.
