The bed and breakfast “Podere Chiusa della Vasca” is located in the heart of the Sabine hills just 40 minutes from Rome. Surrounded by 5 acres of ancient olive groves, it overlooks a sunny green valley dominated by the magnificent old Farfa Abbey. As of Spring 2013 a swimming pool will be open for guests to bathe and laze in. The accommodations consist in three rooms, each with its own bath. The rooms have independent access from the garden. They are provided with complimentary environmentally friendly soap, bath lotion and shampoo made with olive oil. A choice of teas is provided in every room. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the veranda depending on the season, and includes cakes,jam, yogurt, fresh fruit, milk, coffee and tea.Rome, Orvieto, Villa d’Este, Hadrian’s Villa, the franciscan sanctuaries are less then 40 minutes away.
