Bolle and Frigge, overlooking the Rimini seafront, offers its guests a warm and original welcome in a real boat set in the green seafront. The cuisine, with its clear and proud Mediterranean touch, offers a selection of fresh fish combined with gourmet pizzas and burgers and some traditional meat dishes, dedicated to those who prefer the exquisite production of the hinterland to the smell of the sea. The menu is completed by the proposal of raw, cooked, pasta and fried foods, a tasty review of desserts, equally refined and always unconventional. The well-known companion of our kitchen is the renowned Bolle and Frigge winery, proudly managed and guaranteed by Giuseppe's expertise, in which to identify, among the best 'bubbles', red and white wines or passito wines chosen with many years of experience in the national scene, the bottle that better interprets the dish and the expectation of the moment.
