All its stores are equipped with its own laboratory in accordance with the decision to avoid centralized roduction and to contain costs. Its principal aim is to concentrate on the freshness of a creamy blended product. Our Ice Cream is made with the sole use of raw materials of the highest quality starting with fresh local milk and cream which are traceable at 0 Km from local daries. We use fruit in season, Certified I.G.P Piemonte nuts from Langhe, Italy, whereas the Certified D.O.P Green Pistachios are from Bronte. In our Ice Cream stores you will always find fresh Ice cream and made on site.
