True Romagna cuisine, made of puff pastry, piadina, cappelletti, rabbit, embers, aromas of grilled meats, rolling pins and flour can only be found at Ristorante Peli, in San Giovanni in Marignano, Rimini. Here, since 1962, the passion for tradition and good food results in dishes with an ancient taste, tasty, wholesome, healthy. Born as a simple tavern, where traditional dishes were prepared, the Peli Restaurant offers simplicity, as a main dish, and it is that same simplicity that has made the Fiorani family so loved. The owner, Ivano Fiorani, continues today the family tradition, accompanying customers to the rediscovery of the secrets of the true kitchen of the past. That kitchen made of local products, homemade pasta, pulled by hand and worked with a rolling pin just as it once was.
