We specialize in modern regional cuisine, drawing inspiration from lesser-known traditional dishes, combining them with a refined culinary technique. Our popular menu items include pappa al pomodoro with chicory and dried olives, mallone, octopus mascuotto, scialatielli with butter and anchovies, and spaghetti all’Assassina.
