We,re situated 20km from Rome, in a Residential Complex 1.5km from the motorway exit "Castelnuovo di Porto", between Roma Nord (main toll gate to motorway 'North') and the Rome Ring Road(GRA) Immersed in green is the B&B, a restructured villa furnished with antiques and sculptures. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and terrace, equipped with table tennis, sun beds and open air breakfast tables. From May to September swimming pool, with changing rooms and shower. On the ground floor is a large 'communal' room with free internet point, tv, and a card table. Here we also find the kitchen where we can make tea or coffee. Also available as an extra are drinks and ice-cream. And the breakfast room where we can enjoy a breakfast of our choosing; Continental, International or 'English'. On the first floor are the rooms, single with balcony, double with terrace and a large 'triple' room. All with private bathroom (hairdryer) Satelitte TV and AirCon. Bed linen is changed every other day. In the downstairs floor we have a cabin for two with Jacuzzi and Turkish Bath. Bathrobes are available. An excellent 'escape' from the city. But only half an hour from it. In quiet and discreet surroundings, this lovely holiday home for who wants to see Rome in a different way. Shuttle services are available, (extra) an Underground takes you to Rome centre. Or the train to Rome Fiumicino Airport. The owner Lavinia practices and teaches yoga, collects and restores antique furniture and objects which are on show. Speaks Spanish.
