Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and two small double bedrooms both with 32" Smart TV with Prime Video and Netflix. In the house there is a WIFI connection in fiber optic (very fast), air conditioning and heating in all rooms, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, table and iron, parquet throughout the house.
