A cosy house in quiet residential neighbourhood away from all the hustle and bustle. The house is on two floors with a veranda facing the garden where may breakfast will be served. There are three rooms dedicated to guests, each with its own particular style,that gave origin the name at the chambers. The first room called Summer is a double room and is on the floor,is a large room with an excellent view on the garden.This room has its own private bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi. The second room,Fall,is a double room (with possibility of extra bed) on the first floor with a balcony on the patio.This room has a shared bathroom with the other room called Winter on the same floor. Therefore the last room,Winter,is a twin room with the confortable beds and a large fitted wardrobe. Free wifi in all the house The city center is at about 10 km. During weekdays there is a bus that goes from the B&B to the metro station in about 15/25 minutes (but during rush hours could be double) then the metro takes about 10 minutes to reach the center (Colosseo). During Sunday and holidays there is a bus going directly from here to the center. Price of the ticket is 1.50 Euro for 100 minutes using all transports (so with one euro you can go from here to any place in Rome), 6 euro for a day ticket. (The public transports run 24 hours a day, every 10/15 minutes from 5:00 am to midnight, every 50 minutes after midnight.) We can also offer a pick up service for both Rome Airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino). The price is 20 euro from 9 am to 9 pm and 30 euro from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am (price is for the car, not for person)
