Castrum Pizza it's a new concept of Roman Style Pizzeria...we make just "Rectangular Pizzas", as roman tradition old bakeries. We are focused on high digestibility and hydration dough and to get it we use different kind of flou like Spelt Flour, Rye Flour and of course, wheat flour type 1 .
