Etico Food was created to provide a job opportunity and social inclusion to disabled people, who work alongside catering professionals. In our restaurant we favor basic ingredients prepared by other communities and social cooperatives, which help socially disadvantaged people to integrate through agriculture and trade. Our chef, Paolo Marigliano, offers seasonal menus prepared with great attention, from quality to imagination. The choice of products and ingredients used (fresh, organic and local where possible), guarantees customer satisfaction. We are happy to welcome all our guests, regardless of their food preferences or allergies. Inclusivity is our priority.
