Farina can be seen as a pizzeria, but in truth it is not. It is the idea of two young guys who love their work, who have decided to introduce a new niche product. We are talking about the loaf (a sandwich well seasoned and cooked on wood at the time with 72 hours of leavening). We also have very elaborate dishes, all homemade fried including arancini, crocchè and homemade chips. Farina is an innovative local concept that focuses on Italian culinary excellence: Neapolitan pizza, PDO buffalo mozzarella, stracciatella and burratina pugliese and much more.
