In Centocelle, in via delle Palme 76 / A, a new concept of "aperitif" takes place, where the excellence of local raw meats is combined with the search for quality raw materials, including tartare, the innovative sushi of scottona, platters km0 and natural wines. The project was born from the encounter between Enzo's experience, for decades behind the counter of the Caputo butcher's shop, and the enthusiasm of the Fassangue team, who every day brings his sensibility and artistic talent to the Fassangue dishes. The challenge is to give a new meaning to the neighborhood shops, bringing the tasting experience "from the counter to the plate".
