Located in Rome, in front of the Colosseum, our 4 apartments are located on the the 1st Floor of a historic building, steps away from the metro and facing the Colosseum and the Ludus Magnus. The respect for the original details of an ancient roman residence, merged with the modern design and furniture, makes First Floor the magical place to live the feeling of the glorious past of the eternal city, taking advantage of all comforts. We're in the Gay Street of Rome and it makes our hotel a LGBTQ+ friendly and safe environment. Our bar restaurant Coming Out, on the ground floor, is the first point of reference for the gay reality in Rome, always remaining a place opened to everybody. In fact, a large number of our clients are straight couples or families. First Floor and Coming Out work together as one entity, offering an accommodating stay and a friendly, yet professional service by a young but well experienced staff, whose first prerogative is the welfare of the guests.
