The Guesthouse 2012 is located on the top floor of a quiet residential building. The hotel, set close to the new Tiburtina Station, actually consists of two separate apartments, which share the same floor of the building and communicate through the balcony. The two structures are very different from each other: one is characterized by the strong colors of the walls and floors of traditional oak; the other by a more sober style, light color walls and floors in the finest porcelain. Both, however, have rooms equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, wi- fi, flat screen televisions, toiletries, slippers. For each room, guests can opt to choose one double bed or two single beds. An extra bed can be requested in most rooms. The mattresses are hypoallergenic and come with a comfortable memory foam layer.
