The story began back in 1990 with the family restaurant where the traditional Roman cuisine was the master, and then follow a constant evolution towards the gourmet kitchen much requested at that time. Thanks to the skills, experience and passion, after managing several locations in Rome and beyond, we returned to the historic Centocelle district, recreating the atmosphere typical of the old Roman taverns in a simple environment, with the shades of the past and dishes of the true Judeo-Roman tradition.
