Elegant and cozy apartment in the heart of Rome, just steps from the beautiful Basilica of St. Peter, and the major historical monuments that make our wonderful city. Completely renovated and under new management, with hardwood floors throughout the structure and system of floor heating. The spacious rooms are furnished with attention to every detail, each having a private bathroom inside them, with air conditioning / heating, flat screen TV on the wall and high speed wifi. The apartment consists of three rooms: a double with the possibility of adding a double, a triple with private balcony which makes it suitable for smoking and one quadruple of 25sqm with a double bed, a single and a comfortable sofa in it (the fourth bed is added when you have actual demand for 4 guests). The morning will be served a rich and varied breakfast of biscuits, toast, jam, honey, milk, yogurt, cereals of various types for every taste, seasonal fruit, tea, herbal teas, coffee, cappuccino and croissants. Prior notice to the reservation, we offer the possibility of breakfast for celiac. The breakfast will eat in the quiet of each room, inside our guests will find a table adapt for the number of prople, make it more comfortable for your breakfast and two rooms have a balcony for those who want to smoke after coffe or who want can eat directly outside in the table on the balcony. You can also take advantage of our transfer service from Fiumicino / Ciampino and train stations Termini / Tiburtina at a lower cost of normal rates, in agreement with the host at the time of booking.
