To introduce our restaurant we chose this quote because we believe captures the essence of what which means "food at 360 degrees." When you sit at the table do not intend to deal exclusively a "gastronomic event". It being understood that the quality of the meal is undoubtedly important to us we will also try to make you spend a few hours of serenity, joy and being in an environment that we have a lot of details to give joy to your eyes even more than that to palate. The focus for the kitchen and the products we use is always first on our list of priorities, but the intent is to create an alchemy between the environment, food and relationships.
