Selecting can be considered a life choice, the natural evolution of a path started more than 50 years ago out of a family passion.Following that path in this moment of particular attention paid to nutrition seems to be a due hazard towards people who, like me, don't want that the proper identity of the produces of the land happen to be lost.I hope that this identity can tell, taste after taste, the story of all the people who are working, day after day, on their inherited mission.
