Kohaku opens a few steps from Via Veneto and brings the most refined of the Japanese cuisines, Kaiseki cuisine. A true art form that arises from the union between the meticulousness of the offer of seasonal products and the creative interpretation of the Chef. Omakase: I trust you, I leave the choice to you. This is the philosophy on which Kohaku's experience is based. It is the chef, to whom we trust with confidence, who guides us in choosing the many dishes that make up the Kaiseki experience, a culinary experience unlike any other that has its roots in the traditional restaurants of Kyoto.
