The pizzeria is born from one of the cornerstones of Italian tradition (the pizza) and the exclusive craftsmanship of our products. Our dough undergoes a long process of fermentation and maturation of at least 48 hours to ensure its unique flavor and high digestibility. Our starters, however, are prepared daily according to old traditional recipes.
