About

Our ice cream is free of dyes, preservatives, hydrogenated fats and mono-diglycerides of fatty acids. Our creams take advantage of the characteristics of the raw materials used, without adding chemicals to enhance their taste, color and texture. We use dietary fibers, which in addition to a reduction of the caloric content, also lead to a reduction in sweet taste and a stabilization of natural ingredients. We produce fruit sorbets using at least 50% of fresh fruit, in which no dairy products, milk and egg derivatives are introduced! The same attention is applied to semifreddi and cold desserts of our production, in practical single portions, cakes or ideas in a jar, for an original gift!
