About

The Museum preserves a portion of an ancient riverbed, dating about 200,000 years ago. During the visit you can see many geological, paleontological and archaeological finds, that leave imagine a lost landscape: ancient rocks shaped by water, big elephant tusks, Paleolithic chipped flints. The visit itinerary is supported by suggestive virtual reconstructions that "immerse" the visitor in the Pleistocene world.
