La Foresta was founded in 1966 by our father Alessandro Ferri. Through his creativity and ideas and us, his children, Antonella and Gino, we established a wonderful location for exclusive, elegant events. The restaurant La Foresta is situated in the Castelli Romani area - Roman Castles - just outside Rome city, a superb Lakeland area high above Rome. It is situated in a vast area of protected forest overlooking Lake Albano. In an area of complete peace and tranquility far from the maddening crowds. The restaurant holds very high standards from the table linen to the menus, and everything is supervised by Antonella and Gino. The style of La Foresta is neo classic, using elegant and stunning materials, the candelabras are set with Swarovski crystals and all of this makes it the prefect location for a simply magical wedding. Events are always well orchestred at La Foresta but we also welcome families and individuals for lunches or suppers throughout the whole year. Since 1966 La Foresta has welcomed many celebrities and important people to dine here for their special occasions, from heads of state to Cardinals and Archbishops.
