We are a team of well-seasoned chefs who are passionate about two things: sharing traditional Italian cooking techniques with you and wearing designer sunglasses, even after dark. Everybody loves our country’s cuisine, but few understand the secrets behind making authentic Italian dishes. And where better to learn them than in Rome itself — from locals, with locals, but in English. Unless you’re feeling coraggioso. Taking one of our classes means stepping back in time, to a simpler, happier age, when the kitchen was somewhere to express yourself and the microwave was yet to be invented.
