Our apartment is on the third floor of a block of flats served by elevator which is located in the Balduina quarter, a quiet and safe residential area only 1.5 km away from the Vatican and well served by public transport thanks to the bus 913 which runs H24 and Metro A, with CIPRO stop also not far away. Our B&B has 2 rooms, all with private bathroom and very confortable: they all have adjustable heating and air conditioning: free wifi throughout, TV sets, hairdryers are accessories that every room offer. A confortable lounge is where we offer breakfast to our guests who seem to appreciate it very much for its abundance as well for its quality, especially after tasting Daniela's home made cakes. Just out of the lounge there is a balcony where you can smoke a sigarette as smoking in the rooms is not allowed. Moreover Balduina is a lively area in daytime, with every kind of shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and so on. You will find yourself where Italians live: this is travelling!
