Welcome to the home! Located among the Colosseum, Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano and Termini train station is well connected by public transport: bus, tram, Metro A and B. Guests will have access to their private room, to services and to the common areas. They also can use the kitchen to take a coffee or a tea and to prepare some sandwiches but not to cook. Guests can use the fridge to put their drinks and food. Me or my brother Gianluca will be in the guesthouse to welcome and assist you with advice and guidance on monuments, exhibitions, events, restaurants and more. The Esquilino/Monti district is located in the center and offers wonderful walks, visits to the most famous Roman churches, the Basilica of San Giovanni and Santa Maria Maggiore are within easy walking distance. Also near there are the Celio with the interesting Basilica San Clemente, than you can walk to the Foro Romano and get to Coliseum. In the evening you can arrive to Piazza Campo de 'Fiori and Piazza Navona to enjoy the nightlife or make good eating. The house is very well connected by subway (Metro Manzoni, under the house, and METROB Colosseum, 10 minutes walk) with bus and tram lines (there are several stops in via Merulana, Viale Manzoni and Via Labicana). Upon arrival you will be charged at the local tax: € 3.50 per day per person (aged 10 years and over) to be paid in cash to the manager. Guests must bring a copy of a valid document. You can not smoke in the guesthouse! Pets are not allowed. It is forbidden to have parties or invite other guests in the room.
