I'm Tiz, and Tiz Cucina e Sofà is my restaurant in the heart of the Flaminio district: a place where you can feel pampered by good food in an informal, welcoming environment, lit up by the smiles of an always kind staff. I have a degree in philosophy and I have worked for years in communication however it is only in the kitchen, in its perfumes and also in its efforts that I have found my dimension. I studied and learned from great chefs but it is family recipes, traditional dishes and memories of the heart that inspire me, trying to reinterpret ancient flavors in a modern way, always respecting seasonality and territory. Tiz kitchen and sofa is my other home, my other living room, where all customers can immediately find the welcome and warmth that is reserved for friends.
