A small, cozy, friendly restaurant in Rome! We work with organic, typical and seasonal products from our Region, cooked in a different manner than most of Italian traditional menus: we serve a single, big plate which includes a main course, to be chosen out of different options (including vegetarian & vegan), a starter and a side salad. We also offer plenty of other options which change daily. We are open at lunch (kitchen opens at 12:30 and closes at 14:15), at aperitivo time (18:00/18:30, depending on the day, until 20:00) and for dinner (kitchen opens at 19:45 and closes at 22:30). We're also open after dinner, eventually until 02:00 on Friday and Saturday). Basically we satisfy every need of our customer, except those who want pasta or pizza (it ain't our field). So if you want to experience a different, but also traditional, way to enjoy the Italian organic food, this is the right place, along with craft beers, organic wines, spritz, liquors and whatsoever!
