The guest house / guest house - Villa Chauvet is a villa located just a few minutes drive from the city of Rome, our property extends over 11,000 square meters and is adjacent to other luxury villas and parks. After passing through the gate you enter the park of 7,000 square meters, with tall trees of merit (cedars of Lebanon, Atlantic, cypress, elms, pines, etc.), and a beautiful lawn. The rest (about 6,000 square meters) is covered with olive trees, with its 90 trees that produce extra virgin olive oil of high quality. The villa is on three levels, two of which are at your disposal, as well as outdoor spaces: it is accessed through a portico, which leads to the large entrance on the ground floor, which opens the beautiful lounge where stands an imposing fireplace. Continuing, you arrive in the dining room, served from the kitchen. Coming back, you reach the first floor, where there are three double rooms available to guests, Lavender, Magnolia and Rose, all with king size beds Our prices EXCLUDE: The fees of the City of Rome (3, 50 Euros per person per day x a max of 10 days in a calendar year). EXCLUDE the cost of cleaning the house for 15 euro per room every three days. EXCLUDE the government stamp of 2 x EUR invoice or receipt (when spending exceeds 77 Euros). Our prices are ALL INCLUSIVE on the signature: hot water, towels, slippers for the bathroom etc, Smart-TV, free parking inside the property, wi-fi 4G, barbecue, sun umbrellas. If you would have the need to stay one or two nights, please contact us to obtain the best prices for the period. Please note that we offer no overnight in a room apartment but in a villa located just minutes from the center of Rome. We offer four double rooms, then each clente benefits actually a double room. Two rooms have a private bathroom (Orchid and Rose), the other two rooms (room Magnolia and Lavender) have a shared bathroom. All the rooms have heating, air conditioning, an extra bed, all rooms are different in some details that distinguish them. Lavender and Magnolia rooms have a large bathroom in common and also a terrace that offers a beautiful view. The Villa has just been renovated (2014), ready to welcome new guests.
