The Guest House is 3-story building with a private garden and 84 beds, distributed in single, double,triple rooms, and mini- apartments - all with private bathroom, phon, telephone, TV, refrigerator, safe and WiFi. We arrange B&B treatment with continental breakfast. Set in the residential neighbourhood of Monteverde, Villa Maria is near green parks and traditional restaurants. Through the strategic position of our Guest house you may reach the Vatican City and the Castle Sant’Angelo in about 20 minutes walk. From the nearby Janiculum Hill you can admire the beautiful panorama of the Eternal City. Villa Maria offers a meeting room with 40 seats on the first floor and has a more spacious Conference Room at Level -1, to satisfy all the needs of our customers. The Aula with 210 seats can be equipped with tables as necessary. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a WiFi system, microphones, projector and a translation device with four booths to translate into different languages.
